Where Agra meets another arm.
Under one parent, overlaps become conflicts the group must manage. Each needs a written rule before either arm acts.
Water rights
ERTH Agra’s water and irrigation funds and ERTH Rora Water both buy water rights. The Group Allocation Policy decides first look and how a shared deal is split.
Energy on land
Solar, wind and renewable natural gas on farms sit close to ERTH Petra’s gas-to-power and ERTH Volta’s distributed generation. Mandate boundaries are written.
