Copper & Industrial Metals
The metal of electrification, at scale.
Why this fund exists.
Copper demand faces the largest structural gap in the industrial-metals complex. Electrification, data-center power delivery, grid buildout, and EV production all draw on the same pool of mine supply — while ore grades globally continue to fall and permitting horizons continue to lengthen.
Fund IV is our largest active mandate. It invests in tier-one copper orebodies through growth capital, development capital, and structured financing — with adjacent exposure to zinc and molybdenum where geology and offtake align.
Where the capital goes.
Growth-Stage Copper
Producing operations expanding throughput, extending mine life, or unlocking porphyry byproduct value.
Development Copper
Late-stage development assets with clear permitting paths in Chile, Peru, Australia, Canada, and the U.S.
Structured Capital
Streaming, royalty, and hybrid structures against producing copper cash flows.
Zinc
Producing and near-production zinc operations with byproduct silver and germanium exposure.
Molybdenum
Primary and byproduct moly capacity — the West's ex-China refractory-metal deficit.
Deployed alongside operators, offtakers, and structured co-investors.
Copper capital is deployed alongside operating majors, midstream refiners, and structured-capital co-investors across the full industrial-metals complex.
